By accessing and using FixHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FixHub is a platform that connects customers with verified tradespeople for home improvement services. We provide:

  • Online booking and scheduling system
  • Payment processing and escrow services
  • Live tracking and communication tools
  • Quality assurance and dispute resolution

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Allow reasonable access for service completion
  • Provide honest reviews and feedback

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Key terms:

  • Payment is held in escrow until job completion
  • Refunds available for unsatisfactory work
  • Platform fee of 25% applies to all transactions
  • Emergency and evening services incur additional charges

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled time
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 2 hours
  • Full charge if tradesperson has already departed
  • Emergency bookings are non-refundable

6. Limitation of Liability

FixHub acts as an intermediary platform. While we verify our tradespeople, we are not liable for the quality of work performed. All work is guaranteed by the individual tradesperson, and disputes will be mediated through our resolution process.
